Is there a nightly minimum?
Yes, full property rentals require a 2-night minimum.
Are there quiet hours?
While you have private access to the entire property, we still ask you to respect our neighbors. Quiet time is from 11 PM - 7 AM.
Do you allow outside catering?
Sure thing! You are welcome to coordinate any catering or vendors yourself.
Do you require event insurance?
This depends on the event. For weddings or gatherings that include daytime guests (exceeding 40 people), we will require event insurance. If you plan on having alcohol catered, the vendor must provide their own insurance.
